Privacy policy
Esquire Interiors is a family business, and we treat your information the way we’d want ours treated. This page explains what we collect on this website, why, and the choices you have. Questions? Write to sales@esquireinteriors.com or ask at either showroom.
What you give us directly
When you send an inquiry through our contact or specials forms, we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number if you share it, and whatever you tell us about your project. We use it for exactly one thing — responding to your request and helping with your project. Submissions are stored in our website content system and emailed to our team. This site has no user accounts and never asks for payment information.
Texting us through the site
The “Text us” bubble is provided by Podium, the service we use to answer messages. When you use it, your phone number and conversation are handled by Podium on our behalf under Podium’s privacy policy. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages people visit, roughly where visitors come from, and what kind of device they use. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data under Google’s policies; we keep its event data for 14 months and don’t use it to identify you personally. Our marketing team may also load measurement tags through Google Tag Manager (for example, to know whether an ad was useful). You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on or limit cookies in your browser settings — the site works fine either way.
Content from other companies
A few pages embed content hosted elsewhere: Google Maps on our contact page, the Fjords collection on our Fjords page, and the Norwalk digital catalog. Those embeds are served by their providers, which may set their own cookies under their own policies while you view them.
Who else touches your information
The short list of services that make this site work: our website host (Vercel), our content system (Sanity), our email delivery service (Resend, which sends inquiry notifications to our team), Google (analytics and tags), and Podium (texting). Each acts on our behalf. We don’t sell your information — not to anyone, not ever — and we don’t share it except with these services or where the law requires.

Want to know what we have from you, correct it, or have it deleted? Email sales@esquireinteriors.com and we’ll take care of it. If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top of this page.
