Meet the team

Josh is third generation in the business, and has been working with Esquire since 2011, before that he owned and operated his own blind repair and cleaning company in Steamboat Springs Colorado. He has plans of growing the company and focusing on bettering our already strong customer service. He attended Eastern Michigan University for business, and played hockey there as well. He enjoys fishing, playing hockey, and spending time with his wife Amanda, and their two kids.

Amanda's degree is in advertising from Michigan State University, but we don’t hold that against her. She comes from a marketing and advertising background, and spent most of her ten year experience in the auto industry. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, cooking, spending time with her husband Josh and their two kids.

Molly is one of our talented designers and has been with Esquire since 2012. Molly graduated with a degree in Interior Design from Kendall College of Art and Design in Grand Rapids, and worked in the solid surface industry prior to starting with Esquire. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family!

A seasoned veteran with years of experience of putting smiles on peoples faces. Charlie is also the ultimate child entertainer too so bring the kids and they’ll be sure to have a great time!

After graduating from the Eastern Michigan University Design department, Lori has enjoyed working with all levels of clients and projects over the years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her three children and, of course, their three dogs – that certainly keeps things interesting around the house! They enjoy spending time together outdoors and taking in what the landscape has to offer on the family farm that Lori grew up on!

Sara is one of four wonderful designers here at Esquire Interiors, she obtained her Interior Design degree from Eastern Michigan University and has been with Esquire since 2014. Fun fact, Sara interned for Esquire in 2004 when she obtained her degree! In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, skiing, working out and reading.

Prior to joining Esquire, Renee was in the beauty industry for 30+ yrs as a stylist, mentor, instructor and manager in the Ann Arbor area. Helping people find their style has always been a passion of Renee's so it was a smooth transition between hair design and customer service in interior design! In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, especially watching her new grandson grow, spending time with her fur babies, reading and lake living.

A talented seamstress who is the craftsman behind all of our beautiful draperies, and valances. Li Qian has been with the company since 2001, both of her children Maya, and Ana, were raised at the shop and are part of the family. In her spare time, which is few and far between because she works so hard, she likes to spend it with her husband Greg.

If you're ever in need of a good laugh or somebody to brighten your day, Cody is your guy! Cody was born and raised in Chelsea and in his spare time he enjoys hanging out with friends and family, playing with his dog, grilling out and golfing!

Tiffany comes to us from Multi-family & Corporate Housing, where she worked for 10+ years in customer service, sales, and project management. She enjoys spending her free time with family & friends, on the lake, and with her dog Dottie.

Not only is Ted an avid outdoorsman but he is also son to the original owners. With over 35 years of experience he has total knowledge of the industry and a proven track record with decades of happy customers.
